As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise whole classes in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain engaged with pre-planned work while maintaining a positive, safe, and focused learning environment.
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with strong behaviour management skills or experience working in behaviour support roles. This role is ideal for experienced Cover Supervisors, Behaviour Specialists, youth workers, sports coaches, graduates, or aspiring teachers who are passionate about supporting young people to succeed.
