Term Time only, 37 hours per week

Grade 3, points 8-11 (£22,455.80 - £23,559)

This is an exciting opportunity within Windsor Academy Trust. We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor who will supervise whole classes in the absence of the class teacher to support teaching and learning. The role involves providing specialist support to the class teacher in an aspect of the curriculum, age range, and additional needs at Windsor Olympus Academy, aligning with the vision and values of Windsor Academy Trust. You will need the commitment, passion, and energy to help realize our vision for Olympus in the local community.

Olympus is our brand new free school that opened in Sandwell in September 2023, recruiting 180 students from Sandwell and Birmingham. The school caters for students aged 11 to 16 and initially started with Year 7 students as a six-form entry school. Olympus is expected to grow annually to accommodate 900 students after five years.
