Hallfield School in Birmingham is seeking a degree-qualified classroom practitioner to support across both primary and secondary settings. The ideal candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner, with strong communication and behaviour management skills. Applicants must be degree qualified with relevant experience, working with children (ideally within both primary and secondary settings). A Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification or Qualified Teacher Status would be advantageous.
