Fortis Academy is a large 11-18 academy serving a high-density housing area in Birmingham’s outer suburbs. It is the largest employer in the ward, with over 200 staff members. The academy is part of the North Area Network of schools, which includes a Foundation and a Senior Academy.

37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 INSET days). The role is subject to safeguarding checks, including an enhanced DBS and online searches.
