These full-time roles offer the chance to become a familiar face in the classroom and an important part of the school community.

You'll step in to deliver lessons during teacher absences, keeping students focused and supporting their learning - all with lesson materials already prepared for you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supervising pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects (KS3-KS4)

  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain on task

  • Supporting learners as needed, with a calm and consistent presence

  • Becoming part of the school's daily routine and wider support team

  • Reporting back on progress, engagement, and any concerns

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience working with young people, ideally in schools or similar settings

  • Are confident leading a classroom and managing behaviour effectively

  • Are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity

  • Have excellent communication skills and a flexible, team-focused attitude

What's in it for you:

  • A consistent, long-term role in one or more Northampton schools

  • Weekly pay and competitive rates

  • Ongoing support from your Tradewind consultant

  • Access to free CPD including behaviour management and safeguarding

  • A chance to gain valuable classroom experience - ideal if you're considering teacher training

If you're reliable, motivated, and ready to get involved in school life, we'd love to hear from you.
