Job summary

Monarch Education is seeking a Cover Supervisor for a secondary school in Oxfordshire. The role is full-time and long-term, with term-time only scheduling to support school continuity during teacher absences. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and keep students engaged and on-task.

The ideal candidate includes graduates or experienced cover supervisors, with strong communication and a calm, adaptable approach, and an interest in education and youth development.

About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You’ll be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged and on task.

This role is ideal for:
