Zusammenfassung

Wessex Learning Trust is seeking a Cover Assistant on a permanent, part-time contract to support short- and long-term absence coverage within a school community. The role starts as soon as possible and is based on term-time hours (31.25 per day) across 38 weeks.

You will work within the Cover Team, led by the Cover Manager and supported by the Assistant Headteacher (Curriculum). The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, be able to supervise classes, manage student conduct

Permanent contract to start as soon as possible.Grade 12, points 12-19, current starting salary £29,542 FTE per annum, actual starting salary £21,429 per annum (£15.31 per hour). 31.25 hours, 38 working weeks (term time plus 3 days, includes insets / training sessions).08:15-15:10, less 40 minutes break. 6.25 hr/day, Monday to Friday. As Cover Assistant your role will be to support the cover process for the short and long term absence of teaching colleagues. You will be part of our Cover Team, lead by the Cover Manager and supported by the Assistant Headteacher (Curriculum).

Candidates will need to demonstrate:
