Job summary

Bosch invites engineering students to join a 12-month internship in Coventry, focusing on independent product development, CAD modeling, and prototype support. You will work in a hands-on BUILD Programme offering a blend of in-person and virtual sessions, and collaborate with teams to align with customer requirements and Bosch standards.

You will gain exposure to MS Office, SolidWorks, and PDM tools while contributing to real projects, with placement based at the Coventry office and a strong

Qualifications

• MS-Office and 2D/3D CAD knowledge.
• SolidWorks proficiency with familiarity in PDM systems.
• Currently studying an engineering degree.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop products and collaborate in project teams.
• Create 3D solid models and 2D drawings and parts lists.
• Develop concept proposals and project documentation.
• Design solutions considering materials, manufacturing and cost.
• Assist in prototype validation and support to series production.
• Adhere to development time schedules and cost specs.
• Produce internal documents to ensure Bosch standards.
• Collaborate with customers on various projects and report progress.
