The Role:

Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Court of Protection Solicitor or Senior Solicitor 2+ PQE to join their growing team in Bromley, Greater London.

• Your role will be to handle a range of court of protection cases providing legal advice and representation to vulnerable individuals who lack mental capacity. Responsibilities include representing clients in court, assessing mental capacity, preparing and submitting applications, managing cases, conducting legal research, and collaborating with professionals.

The candidate:

• Qualified Court of Protection Solicitor with a minimum of 2 PQE
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of mental capacity law, strong communication and analytical skills, compassion, and good organisational abilities.
• Ambitious and proactive individual with the ability to prioritise workload and tasks
• Salary is negotiable depending on level of experience, likely up to c£75,000 plus excellent benefits plus hybrid working.
