Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring for a specialist law firm based in Birmingham City Centre. The people-focused firm are hiring for a Court of Protection Caseworker to successfully manage and support their clients.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Client management-building relationships with clients and managing their household and personal budgets
• Financial tasks such as paying bills and balancing accounts
• Liaising with third party contractors to provide support for clients
• Reacting and effectively handling emergency situations for clients
• Documenting reports
• Updating the appointed duty on clients financial statuses, requests and changes in circumstances
• Communicating effectively and working closely with clients as needed

The ideal candidate:

• Experience in managing household budgets, property sales and purchases
• Knowledge and experience in overseeing investments
• Empathetic and interpersonal skills to support clients
• Driving licence due to nature of the job
