Job summary

Turning Point's Substance Use Services in Leicestershire and Rutland seeks a Criminal Justice Recovery Worker to manage a caseload of individuals under court-enforced treatment. You will liaise with Offender Managers, courts and partner agencies, and regularly attend Leicester Magistrates Court to promote community sentence treatment requirements.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
• Access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of service users whose treatment is enforced by the courts (including ATRs, DRRs, licence and post-sentence supervision)
• Liaise with Offender Managers, the courts and partner agencies to maintain strong multiagency relationships
• Attend Leicester Magistrates Court to promote community sentence treatment requirements
• Work towards targets for Continuity of Care
• Engage service users to reduce risks linked to their substance use and further offending
