Job Description:

Are you a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle looking to take a step up in responsibility?

You will join a well-established team to teach learners aged 14+ a subject you are passionate about.

As Course Team Leader, you would be responsible for the effective curriculum management of a range of programmes.

You will teach on L1 – L3 courses, supervise a team, and handle day-to-day operational issues, focusing on maximising student enrolment, attendance, retention, and achievement.

You should be qualified to Level 3 in the relevant subject area, with a minimum Level 5 teaching qualification recognized by the FE sector (e.g., DET).

You’ll already have at least 2 years’ experience teaching Motor Vehicle, some experience of curriculum coordination and development, and the ability to lead/supervise a team. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

This is a full-time and permanent position, with a salary range of £38,035 to £44,969 per annum – plus benefits!
