Job summary

Askham Bryan College is seeking a Course Manager to lead the delivery of the King\'s Trust Team Programme across Outreach sites in Leeds. The role focuses on empowering 16–25 year olds, building confidence and employability through development activities, project work and employer engagement.

You will recruit learners, manage programme delivery, and work with partners to create meaningful opportunities while supporting progression into education, training or employment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering King\'s Trust Programme or similar youth employability initiatives.
• Experience working with young people aged 16–25.
• Ability to engage with employers, referral partners and community organisations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, enrol and retain learners onto the King\'s Trust Team Programme.
• Lead and deliver engaging personal development, employability and team-building activities.
• Support learners during classroom sessions, community projects, employer visits, work placements, and residential activities.
• Create a positive, inclusive and motivating learning environment.
• Monitor learner attendance, progress and achievement, ensuring positive outcomes and progression.
