Job summary

Askham Bryan College in Huddersfield is seeking a Course Manager to lead the King's Trust Team Programme, supporting 16–25 learners through inspiring learning experiences, community projects, work placements and personal development. You will coordinate delivery, recruit and enrol learners, build partnerships with employers and schools, and ensure a high-quality learning experience.

The role requires experience with young people, strong communication and a willingness to develop a teaching

Course Manager – King's Trust Team Programme

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred

We're looking for a Course Manager to lead our King's Trust Team Programme, supporting young people aged 16–25 through inspiring learning experiences, community projects, work placements and personal development activities.

What you'll be doing

We're looking for someone who has
  • Experience working with young people, especially those who may be vulnerable, disadvantaged or disengaged from education

  • A positive, learner-focused approach
  • The ability to motivate, inspire and support others
  • A teaching qualification (or relevant experience and willingness to develop)
  • Flexibility to support occasional evening, weekend and residential activities
