Job summary

Askham Bryan College in Leeds is seeking a Course Manager to lead the King's Trust Team Programme, supporting young people aged 16–25 through learning experiences, projects, placements and personal development.

You will deliver the programme, support learners in classrooms and community activities, build employer and partner relationships, manage recruitment and learner progress, and ensure high-quality learning for every student.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people, especially those who may be vulnerable, disadvantaged or disengaged from education
• Knowledge of employability, youth work or personal development programmes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, learner-focused approach
• The ability to motivate, inspire and support others
• A teaching qualification (or relevant experience and willingness to develop)
• Flexibility to support occasional evening, weekend and residential activities
