Job summary

The Club Company is seeking an experienced Course Manager to safeguard the upkeep of the golf course and Clubhouse grounds, ensuring safety and quality at all times.

You will lead a team of Greenkeepers, oversee maintenance and development of the course, and manage relationships with contractors while working closely with the Club General Manager on budgets, training plans and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agronomy, horticulture or plant science desirable; or
• Previous supervisory experience in a club or golf course setting.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Course Manager to join our team and ensure the upkeep of the golf course and its facilities, including the Clubhouse grounds, landscaping and all associated equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining the Club's golf assets to the highest standards, ensuring safety and security at all times. In this role, you will lead a team of Greenkeepers, oversee the maintenance and development of the golf course and manage relationships with external contractors. You will also ensure that all aspects of the course, from turf care to irrigation, are in optimal condition. Additionally, you will work closely with the Club General Manager to manage budgets, develop training plans and implement safety policies. • Bachelor's degree in agronomy, horticulture or plant science desirable; or

• Min. Level 3 in Greenkeeping or Horticulture or Agronomy.
