Salary: Circa £24,500 per annum + Benefits!

Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities

The role focuses on managing the post-sales ‘wrap-around’ service, encompassing tasks such as registrations and exam support.

You will oversee a portfolio of clients/customers, ensuring comprehensive and efficient post-sales support at every stage.

Responsibilities:

• Course Confirmations
• Liaising with customers on their pre course needs and delegate information
• Ensuring learners details are correctly uploaded to CRM in order to be registered to NEBOSH/IOSH/IEMA
• Ensuring course materials are provided in advance for each course
• Collating and sending attendance records and Course check feedback
• Collating progress reports for each client and leading on agreed client progress meetings (monthly/quarterly)

Additional responsibilities:

• Manage approximately £800,000 in exam and extension bookings, including £500,000 in NEBOSH exams, ensuring compliance with contractual guidelines and deadlines.
• Build proactive, collaborative relationships with Sales Account Managers to deliver a high-standard ‘wrap-around’ service.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, providing dedicated support from enrolment to certification and future course needs.
• Proactively assist unsuccessful learners with accessing extensions and re-sits.
• Advise clients on suitable courses, payment options, and convert inquiries into bookings to meet targets.
• Collaborate with the Head of Operations and Senior Course Coordinator to enhance the ‘wrap-around service’ and provide customer progress reports.
• Work with leadership to integrate technology and improve operational processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external clients and internal teams at all times.

• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
• Customer focused and excellent telephone manner.

• Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated.
• Strong initiative and ability to work to tight deadlines and fluctuating workload.
• Excellent English skills both written / verbal.
• Team player in addition to ability to work unsupervised.

• Previous experience working in a training company.
