It’s our mission to provide an outstanding customer experience. Whilst others might call you delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top quality products on time and in an efficient manner.

You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like!

In return, we use our automated technology to pre-plan your route and pre-load your van!

Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. On top of your base pay, you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £12.66 per hour. You can also increase your earnings further with enhanced overtime for those special occasions!

So what do we need from you?

You don’t need previous experience to join our friendly team—just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our training team will do the rest!

Driving Licence Requirements:

• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years

Some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.

As this is a customer-facing role, good communication skills are essential.

Hourly pay current rate per hour:

Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate)

Evening Premium (from 6pm)

Sunday Day Premium

Sunday Evening Premium

Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift)

Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift)

Contract Type: Permanent

Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)

Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 midnight. Please check your commute time before applying. Your shift rota will be provided up to 13 weeks in advance and discussed during the application process.

Pay Structure: The position is paid weekly, every 4 weeks, according to a monthly schedule. Please consider this when applying.
