Job summary

C&W TRANSPORT in Croydon is looking for a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our last‑mile team. Vans provided or bring your own; you’ll cover SWB and LWB routes from the Croydon depot, collect parcels, follow an optimized route, and deliver safely and professionally to homes and businesses.

You’ll work on approx 9 hours per route with per‑route pay and weekly earnings, plus fuel card support and weekly performance bonuses. Bring your own smartphone and kit; RTW and licence requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence with appropriate points.
• Basic English language proficiency.
• Own smartphone and delivery kit required.

The role

Join our high-performing last-mile delivery team, covering SWB and LWB routes from our local depot in Croydon. You’ll collect pre-sorted parcels, follow an optimized route, and deliver safely and professionally to homes and businesses.

Typical day: ~9 hours per route. Stop counts vary by area and travel time.

What you’ll do

• Load van, scan parcels, and complete multi-drop routes
• Follow driving and safety standards; provide great customer service
• Use your smartphone for navigation, scanning, and proof-of-delivery
• Manage fuel via mileage reimbursement or optional fuel card

What you’ll need

• Right to work (RTW):
• UK nationals: Passport/ID/Birth certificate (expired UK passport accepted)
• Foreign nationals: In-date document + Share Code
• Licence: Category B, ≤6 penalty points, no active IN/DR/TT codes
• Language: Basic English
• Smartphone & kit: Bring your own (we do not provide equipment)

Age & licence tenure (insurer rules)

• Renting our van: Typically 21+ with 12+ months licence held
• Own van + H&R insurance: 18+ accepted, no minimum licence tenure (company policy)

Vehicle options

• Company rental (3rd-party, with insurance): SWB and LWB routes available; no upfront costs
• Bring your own van: Must have Hire & Reward (H&R) insurance

Pay, fuel & expenses

• Per-route pay: £155–£175 (SWB) | £175–£190 (LWB) — varies by depot/route mix
• Fuel: Routed mileage reimbursed at AA fuel rate (reviewed weekly)
• Excludes home depot travel
• Fuel card available; spend is deducted from future earnings
• Bonuses: Weekly performance bonuses available
