Job summary

C&W TRANSPORT in Croydon is looking for a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our last‑mile team. Vans provided or bring your own; you’ll cover SWB and LWB routes from the Croydon depot, collect parcels, follow an optimized route, and deliver safely and professionally to homes and businesses.

You’ll work on approx 9 hours per route with per‑route pay and weekly earnings, plus fuel card support and weekly performance bonuses. Bring your own smartphone and kit; RTW and licence requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Valid UK driving licence with appropriate points.
• Basic English language proficiency.
• Own smartphone and delivery kit required.

Responsibilities

• Load van, scan parcels, and complete multi-drop routes.
• Follow driving and safety standards; provide great customer service.
• Use your smartphone for navigation, scanning, and proof-of-delivery.
• Manage fuel via mileage reimbursement or optional fuel card.
