Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Team Manager for our Eating Disorders service. You will provide visible clinical and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team in a countywide, patient-centred care environment.

The role includes safeguarding, governance, workforce planning, budgets, and quality improvement initiatives, with some travel across the county to support the hybrid team and attend essential meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Professional qualification and registration with a professional body or extensive management experience as a lay person.
• Experience of working with clients with complex and challenging needs.
• Evidence of CPD and reflective practice.
• Leadership/Management qualification or diploma level.
• Experience of service development and change processes.
• Knowledge of KSF, PDR systems, workforce planning and management.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage stress.
• Able to contribute to training offered to carers, family and other professionals and colleagues.
• Able to work autonomously, jointly with colleagues and as part of a team.
• Able to engage individuals with complex needs and/or their carers in admission/discharge.

• Provide effective clinical and operational leadership for the ward.
• Ensure safe, high-quality care and positive client outcomes.
• Lead, support and develop the multidisciplinary team.
• Manage service resources including workforce planning and budgets.
• Promote and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with clinical governance, safeguarding and health and safety.
• Collaborate with families, carers, other community teams and partner agencies.
