Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Country Sales Manager to represent TOLON in the United Kingdom. This role will be responsible for managing direct sales to end users in the region, as well as developing and supporting a network of local sales agents or distributors when appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, technical acumen, and the ability to work independently while coordinating closely with our headquarters. Familiarity with the UK commercial laundry market is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and manage relationships with end-users requiring industrial laundry solutions
  • Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals based on customer needs
  • Conduct site visits to take measurements and evaluate installation requirements
  • Collaborate with TOLON headquarters to prepare layout and installation project drawings
  • Provide professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales conversion
  • Where applicable, identify, evaluate, and appoint regional sales agents or resellers
  • Assess agent capabilities, provide onboarding and product training as needed
  • Coordinate technical training and support in collaboration with TOLON HQ
  • Achieve sales targets and report market feedback and trends regularly

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in industrial equipment, machinery, or laundry systems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to read technical drawings and conduct basic site assessments
  • Comfortable with frequent travel within the UK
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus (French or Spanish)
