Job Title: Country Manager (UK)

About HyxiPower

HyxiPower is a global provider of smart energy solutions, specializing in solar inverters, energy storage systems, and intelligent energy management technologies. We are expanding our international presence and seeking a UK Country Manager to drive growth and local engagement in this key market.

Role Summary

As Country Manager, you will lead HyxiPower’s UK market strategy and execution. This includes business development, channel expansion, customer relationship management, and local team leadership. You will play a crucial role in establishing the brand, driving sales, and delivering tailored energy solutions to the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall UK operations including market entry strategy, sales growth, service support, and brand promotion.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs; develop effective sales and marketing plans accordingly.
  • Expand and manage local sales channels, develop strategic partnerships with distributors, EPCs, and installers.
  • Build and lead a local team to support pre-sales, after-sales, and technical engagement.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to HQ for continuous product and service improvement.
  • Monitor competitors and adjust strategy to ensure HyxiPower’s competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above; minimum 3 years’ experience in solar inverter and/or energy storage sectors.
  • 5+ years of B2B or channel sales experience, with a proven track record in business development and 0-1 market creation.
  • Strong understanding of the UK renewable energy landscape, distribution models, and market players.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and align local strategy with global goals.
