Kinaxia Daventry is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Driver to join our warehouse team on the night shift. You will play a key role in receiving, storing and dispatching goods safely and accurately.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading pallets, checking paperwork, placing pallets in racking, and maintaining high housekeeping standards. Forklift experience is essential and you’ll work as part of a reliable, safety‑conscious team.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience within a warehouse environment.
• Confident loading and unloading a variety of vehicle types.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Loading and unloading pallets from vehicles.
• Off-loading incoming goods into the warehouse.
• Reviewing goods-in paperwork and checking collections.
• Comparing notes and locations to ensure the correct items are selected for dispatch.
• Unloading goods into storage locations.
• Allocating pallets into warehouse racking safely and accurately.
• Completing warehouse and stock location documentation.
• Wrapping pallets ready for storage and distribution.
• Maintaining safe working practices and housekeeping standards.

About the Role

As a Counterbalance Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Loading and unloading pallets from vehicles

Off-loading incoming goods into the warehouse

Reviewing goods-in paperwork and checking collections

Comparing notes and locations to ensure the correct items are selected for dispatch

Unloading goods into storage locations

Allocating pallets into warehouse racking safely and accurately

Completing warehouse and stock location documentation

Wrapping pallets ready for storage and distribution

Maintaining safe working practices and excellent housekeeping standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience operating a Forklift Truck within a warehouse environment
• Confident loading and unloading a variety of vehicle types
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
