Kinaxia Daventry is seeking a Counterbalance Driver for the night shift to join our warehouse team. You will play a key role in receiving, storing and dispatching goods safely and efficiently.

The role requires a valid UK/EU Counterbalance forklift licence, prior forklift experience in a warehouse, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and safe working practices. You will use scanning equipment and contribute to team success.

Qualifications

• Valid UK/EU Forklift Truck Licence (Counterbalance).
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse.
• Confident loading/unloading a variety of vehicle types.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Experience using scanning equipment.
• Good IT literacy.

Responsabilités

• Loading and unloading pallets from vehicles.
• Off-loading incoming goods into the warehouse.
• Reviewing goods-in paperwork and checking collections.
• Comparing notes and locations to ensure correct items are dispatched.
• Unloading goods into storage locations.
• Allocating pallets into warehouse racking safely and accurately.
• Completing warehouse and stock location documentation.
• Wrapping pallets for storage and distribution.
• Maintaining safe working practices and housekeeping.
