Job summary

Pertemps in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client on a temp-to-perm basis. This hands-on role requires operating a Counterbalance FLT, working with a small team, and supporting customer collections.

You will report to the supervisor, handle loading/unloading, stock movement, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse. A valid licence and reliable, punctual attitude are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Counterbalance Forklift Driver - Temp to Perm

Location: Gloucester

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:00 -16:30, Friday 07:00-16:00

Pay: £12.75

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client based in Gloucester on a temp to perm basis.This is a hands‑on role working within a small team of 2, so we are looking for someone hardworking, reliable, and able to work well with others.

You will be working closely with the supervisor and dealing directly with customers, including roofers, so a positive attitude and good communication skills are essential.Duties will have selected.

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock and products around site
• Manual lifting and physical warehouse duties
