The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver in Heathfield to join a busy warehouse team. You will operate a Counterbalance forklift, load/unload deliveries, and help prepare orders for dispatch while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Applicants should have a valid FLT counterbalance certificate, the right to work in the UK, and previous similar role experience. The role offers weekly pay every Friday and potential temp-to-perm opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT licence/certification appropriate to Counterbalance (in date).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance forklift safely within a busy warehouse.
• Load and unload deliveries and move stock as required.
• Prepare orders for dispatch and assist with general warehouse duties.
• Check incoming/outgoing stock for accuracy and damage; maintain safety and cleanliness.
