Job summary

Orbital Recruitment in Bolsover is seeking Warehouse Operatives and Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join a busy logistics operation. The role offers a balanced mix of warehouse duties and forklift operation.

You will pick and pack, load and unload goods, move stock around the warehouse, and uphold health and safety standards in a clean, organised environment. Training week is 08:00-16:00; after that, shifts rotate 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.

Qualifications

• Valid external Counterbalance FLT licence is essential.
• Newly qualified FLT drivers are welcome to apply.
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable.
• Good attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work rotating shifts.

Orbital Recruitment are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives / Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation based in Bolsover.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy a varied role, with an even split between warehouse duties and forklift driving.

The Role

You will spend approximately 50% of your time working within the warehouse and 50% operating a counterbalance forklift, with duties including:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Picking and packing orders
• Loading and unloading goods
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• General warehouse duties
• Following health & safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Requirements

• Valid external Counterbalance FLT licence is essential
• Newly qualified FLT drivers are welcome to apply

Working Hours

First week: 08:00-16:00 for training

Following successful training, you will work on a rotating shift pattern:

Week 1: 06:00-14:00

Week 2: 14:00-22:00

Pay

£12.95 per hour
