Job summary

The Recruitment Station is seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for their busy warehouse in Loughborough. You will operate a counterbalance forklift and contribute to timely material handling and picking tasks.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:15am-4:45pm, at £13.71 per hour, with full training and progression to Bendi/Pivot Truck as you develop. A strong safety focus and team ethos are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid National Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
• Minimum 1 year's Counterbalance Forklift experience
• Confident operating a counterbalance truck in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high safety standards
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Operate counterbalance forklift to move materials
• Perform manual picking as part of duties

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy and growing team in Loughborough.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role with excellent development opportunities. Successful candidates will have the chance to be upskilled to operate a Bendi/Pivot Truck as part of their progression.

Please note that you WILL NOT be on the CB all day, this position will also involve manual picking and also container work.
