Job summary

Impact Recruitment is helping a Corby-based employer fill a Counterbalance Forklift Driver role. You will work on varied shifts, handling goods, loading and stacking in a busy warehouse environment.

The position offers ongoing work with opportunities for temp-to-perm transition, paid breaks, and overtime at enhanced rates. A team-oriented, safety-conscious attendee is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift certificate.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
• Willing to work to tight deadlines as part of a team.
• Comfortable with shift patterns and long periods on Warehouse floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive Counterbalance forklift and operate other MHE as required.
• Assist other departments and support warehouse operations.
• Optimize space utilisation and keep materials moving safely.
• Banding, strapping and moving goods; adhere to health and safety rules.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and report hazards.

Hours Of Work

Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00

Sunday to Thursday, 22:00-06:00

Basic Salary

06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00 - £15.14 per hour (40 Hours - All breaks Paid)

22:00-06:00 - £15.62 per hour (40 Hours - All breaks Paid)

Additional Benefits

Lots of overtime available paid at X1.5 and X2. Temp to perm opportunities. All breaks paid, opportunities for training and progression.
