Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client in Howden. You will operate in a rotating shift pattern across days and afternoons/nights, moving panels and kitchen joinery products safely and supporting production and warehouse operations.

Immediate starts available after induction, with ongoing work for a leading manufacturer and competitive pay rates. A valid forklift licence and a safety-conscious mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence/Certificate obtained within the last 3 years.
• Previous forklift driving experience preferred.
• Ability to work the rotating shift pattern.
• Reliable and safety-conscious approach to work.

Counterbalance Forklift Driver Wanted - Immediate Start!

The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client based in Howden for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver.

Location

Howden

Weekly Pay

£12.77 rising to £17.38 after 12 weeks

Rotating Weekly Shift Pattern

Week 1 (Days)

• Monday to Wednesday: 5:40am - 4:10pm
• Thursday: 5:40am - 3:40pm

Week 2 (Afternoons/Nights)

• Monday to Wednesday: 3:55pm - 2:25am
• Thursday: 3:25pm - 1:25am

The Role

As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Safely moving panels and kitchen joinery products throughout the factory
• Loading and unloading materials
• Supporting production and warehouse operations
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence/Certificate obtained within the last 3 years
