Job summary

Interaction Recruitment has a Corby-based client recruiting a Food Production Operative with Counterbalance. The role requires a current counterbalance FLT licence and offers a weekly pattern of 42 hours on a continental shift (12-hour days and nights). Immediate start is possible.

You will also need good IT skills (Microsoft Office, in-house stock systems), and the ability to lift loads up to 25 kg. Desirable Pivot Steer and PPT licences are a plus.

Qualifications

• Current counterbalance FLT licence is essential.
• Pivot Steer FLT licence is desirable.
• PPT licences are desirable.
• Experience in food production environment is preferable.
• Reasonable IT skills with Microsoft Office and in-house stock systems are essential.
• Able to lift up to 25 kg; must be able to carry and decant.
• Panama-style shift pattern is essential.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a food production environment with manual handling.
• Lift and move loads up to 25 kg using available aids.
• Work a continental shift pattern with 12-hour shifts (days and nights).
