Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Counterbalance FLT Drivers in Harworth for a full-time role on fixed shifts Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

You will operate a counterbalance forklift, load and unload deliveries, move stock around the warehouse and yard, and complete daily forklift checks while following health and safety procedures. Canteen on site and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
• Ability to work in a busy warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday and fixed shifts.

The rate of pay is £13.13 per hour.

Your Time at Work

As a Counterbalance FLT Driver you will be responsible for:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Moving and storing stock around the warehouse and yard.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Ensuring goods are handled and stored correctly.
• Completing daily forklift checks and reporting any defects.
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

• Happy to regularly operate a counterbalance forklift for extended periods.
• Occasional manual handling, including moving and positioning goods.
• Ability to work in a busy warehouse or yard environment.
• Comfortable standing and walking when completing warehouse duties.
• Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Good attention to detail.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
