Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Drivers for a busy agricultural operation. You will move grain and seed and operate a counterbalance forklift in a fast-paced environment, with day training and progression to nights as you become proficient.

Own transport is essential, and shifts run 6:00am to 6:00pm on training days, with potential to move to nights (6:00pm to 6:00am). Weekly pay and free onsite parking are provided.

Qualifications

• Counterbalance FLT licence required.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
• Own transport due to site location.
• Willingness to train on days with progression to nights.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance forklift truck in a busy agricultural setting.
• Attach and move bulk bags of grain and seed as part of a team.

We are currently recruiting

Days: 6:00am - 6:00pm (12-hour shifts)

• All candidates

must start on days to complete training and learn the role

• Opportunity to move onto nights (6:00pm - 6:00am) once fully trained

Pay Rates

£14.00 per hour (Days)

£15.50 per hour (Nights - once progressed)

• Valid, in-date

Counterbalance FLT licence

• Physically fit and happy to undertake manual duties
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Own transport due to site location

This is

not just a forklift driving role. Working within an agricultural environment, duties will include:

• Operating a Counterbalance forklift truck

Attaching and handling bulk bags of grain and seed

• Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

This is a

physically demanding role, so candidates must be comfortable with manual handling alongside FLT work.
