Job summary

KG Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a busy warehouse in Bletchley. The role focuses on handling deliveries, unloading, stocking, and accurate goods-in booking within the Goods In area.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Counterbalance licence and has at least 2 years of forklift experience, with a strong safety mindset and reliable work ethic. Monday–Friday 8am–6pm, plus every other Saturday.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance licence (essential).
• Minimum 2 years' Counterbalance experience.
• Confident and competent operating a Counterbalance truck.
• Reliable, with a good attitude towards work.
• Strong awareness of warehouse safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance forklift safely and confidently.
• Unload incoming deliveries.
• Move and position stock in designated locations.
• Book incoming stock onto the system.
• Support smooth flow of goods through the Goods In department.

COUNTERBALANCE FORKLIFT DRIVER - GOODS IN

We're looking for a confident and experienced Counterbalance Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Bletchley, working within the Goods In department.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for handling incoming deliveries, moving stock safely and efficiently, and ensuring goods are received and booked in correctly.

Duties will include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and confidently
• Unloading incoming deliveries
• Moving and positioning stock in designated locations
• Booking incoming stock onto the system
• Supporting the smooth flow of goods through the Goods In department

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Counterbalance licence (essential)
• Minimum 2 years' Counterbalance experience
• Confident and competent operating a Counterbalance truck
• Reliable, with a good attitude towards work
• Strong awareness of warehouse safety

The Details:

• £14 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00
• Every other Saturday, 08:00–13:00
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
• Location: Bletchley
