Job summary

Derbyshire Constabulary's Counter Terrorism Policing unit is seeking a Performance Analyst to conduct strategic analysis to enable evidence-based decision making across the organisation, ensuring delivery of priorities. The role focuses on creating performance dashboards and horizon scanning to support projects.

You will work with Power BI and Tableau to interpret trends and outcomes from CTP activity, helping protect the UK from terrorism while meeting security requirements and collaborating

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in data, statistics or research, or relevant experience.
• Experience designing visual analytics dashboards.
• Experience in a Performance Management/Management Information environment.

Responsibilities

• Create performance dashboards across capability strands using Power BI/Tableau and present data.
• Analyze trends, horizon scanning to support projects.
• Apply analytical techniques to evaluate data and interpret trends, performance and outcomes from CTP activity.
