Job summary

Guillevin International in Cornwall, Ontario seeks a Counter Salesperson to greet customers at the counter, locate products, and process payments, while delivering friendly service and reliable product knowledge.

The role offers a daytime Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities to advance, and involves assisting warehouse and sales staff, answering questions, and suggesting complementary products. We offer profit-sharing and comprehensive benefits as part of our compensation package.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the counter, locate desired products and process payments.
• Answer a wide range of questions and suggest complementary or alternative products.
• Answer phone calls professionally and redirect as needed.
• Keep the counter clean and organized to optimize the customer experience and support marketing efforts.
• Provide assistance to warehouse or sales personnel when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and systems used.
