Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a confident Business Manager for the John Lewis Exeter concession. You will lead a high-performing team, deliver magical customer experiences, and drive KPI achievement by coaching and inspiring your colleagues in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will coach, mentor and develop your team, build lasting cross-functional relationships with head office, and implement processes that push sales while upholding the brand’s

• Proven management experience at Deputy Manager level or above.
• Track record of delivering KPI targets and leading people.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
