Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Counsellor/Psychotherapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based counselling to customers across short to long-term needs. You will work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team, delivering assessments, formulations and interventions tailored to individual goals.

Responsibilities include remote and face-to-face sessions, case management alignment, safeguarding liaison, supervision, and contributing to wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.

Qualifications

• BACP Accredited counsellor/psychotherapist status required.
• NCPS accredited registrant status required.
• UKCP registered psychotherapist required.
• At least 3 years of full-time post-qualification counselling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality counselling or brief interventions with outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations.
• Offer models including face-to-face sessions.
• Follow case management processes with Clinical Leads.
• Conduct one-off assessments and referrals as needed.
• Deliver psychoeducation, raise mental health awareness, and trainings.
• Work autonomously within guidelines and attend supervision.
