Job summary

The Portfolio Group is seeking a qualified counsellor to join their health and wellbeing network as an EAP Counsellor. This office-based role on the UK team offers the opportunity to provide immediate emotional support on a 24/7 helpline and to conduct structured telephone/video counselling, contributing towards BACP accreditation.

Essential qualifications include a Diploma level 4 in Counselling with 150 hours, BACP registration, and relevant telephone experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma level 4 in Counselling and at least 150 counselling hours.
• Registered member of the BACP or equivalent (or COP booked).
• Relevant telephone experience.

Job Overview
