A national law firm is seeking a Costs Technical Analyst for a 12-month fixed term contract in Manchester. The role is ideal for a Costs Lawyer or Law Costs Draftsman keen to build technical expertise. Responsibilities include providing legal guidance on costs matters and supporting case handlers. We are looking for a developing Costs professional to join our National Costs Team as a Costs Technical Analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is suited to a Costs Lawyer or Law Costs Draftsman with a solid foundation in costs who is looking to build technical expertise and progress towards a future technical or advocacy role.
You will support colleagues across Irwin Mitchell by providing appropriate legal and tactical guidance on costs matters, working closely with Costs Technical Specialists and the wider Costs Team. This role offers excellent exposure to technical casework, training support and early advocacy experience, with structured development to support progression into a more senior technical position.
