A specialist personal injury firm in Manchester is recruiting a costs draftsperson with 2+ years' costs litigation experience. You will manage your own caseload, review inter partes disputes, negotiate settlements and prepare cases for summary and detailed assessment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in costs litigation.
• Track record handling a fixed costs caseload reviewing inter partes disputes, negotiating settlement and preparing cases for summary and detailed assessment.
