This full-time Costs Draftsperson role sits with a specialist litigation practice in Greater Manchester. Joining an in-house costs team, the successful candidate handles all aspects of costs arising from personal injury and clinical negligence claims. At least two years' costs litigation experience is required, along with a proven record managing a fixed costs caseload. Duties include reviewing inter parties disputes, negotiating settlement and preparing cases for summary and detailed assessment. Working closely alongside the partner in charge, the post-holder manages their own files using a case management system. Salary ranges from £30,000 to £50,000 per annum, supplemented by comprehensive benefits.
