Responsibilities

• Develop project cost control data structures to track and control costs accurately.
• Establish and set the project control budget aligned with baselines.
• Track actual costs for internal and external expenditures against control structures.
• Monitor project accruals and commitments against budgets.
• Build project forecasts, including ETC and EAC.
• Report all project information accurately and timely, including Earned Value Management.
• Track project contingency and risk exposure.
• Manage project change control to ensure alignment with baselines.
• Identify key project trends to inform future change controls.

Qualifications

Typically, a qualified graduate in a relevant discipline with five to ten years of experience in project controls for major projects or programs.
