We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Cost Managers/Quantity Surveyors to join our team, supporting our growth in the water/utilities sector and making a difference to UK infrastructure.

As a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor within our UK Infrastructure business, you will work on various client and company projects and initiatives.

Job Objectives:

• Contribute to Turner & Townsend’s 2025 vision
• Establish professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and project parties
• Administer contracts aligned with project objectives and policies
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting
• Manage cost variance, contract cash flow, and timely applications
• Collaborate on project delivery, KPIs, and objectives, including programme performance and value engineering
• Manage contract changes, ensuring governance and best practices
• Improve forecast and budget accuracy
• Support stakeholders with commercial knowledge
• Negotiate and finalize final accounts
• Lead teams and projects as needed
