We have an exciting opportunity for a Cost Manager to join our Newcastle Real Estate team, guiding our clients and their professional teams on iconic projects across the Northeast.
You’ll need a strong interest in construction, with knowledge from a Main Contracting or PQS background, and an outgoing, collaborative approach. You will work closely with conservators, architects, and engineers to ensure value for money and optimal solutions from a qualitative and commercial perspective.
