Turner & Townsend has an exciting opportunity for a Cost Manager to join our Newcastle Real Estate team, helping guide our clients and their professional teams on iconic projects across the Northeast.
You’ll have a strong interest in understanding historical construction methods and their implications for modern contractors. You will work closely with conservators, architects, and engineers to ensure value for money for clients and contractors, advising on the best solutions from qualitative and commercial perspectives.
We seek individuals with a keen interest in construction, from a Main Contracting or PQS background, with an outgoing and collaborative approach.
