You will own cost control, forecasting and contract management across the full project lifecycle, administering NEC3 contracts and driving value through robust financial reporting and procurement support.

Responsibilities

• Own cost control, forecasting, and contract management across the full project lifecycle.
• Administer NEC3 contracts (Options A, C, and E) and manage change control, compensation events and final accounts.
• Proactively monitor cost performance, manage risk, and support procurement and value engineering activities to drive efficiency.
