Cost Manager - UK Infrastructure (Transportation & Utilities)

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping major projects that directly impact communities and the future of UK infrastructure.
As a Cost Manager, you will work across the full project lifecycle, partnering with leading clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to drive successful commercial outcomes. You will be trusted to take ownership of cost control, forecasting, and contract management, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, transparently, and to the highest standards.
This role offers the chance to work across multiple sectors within infrastructure, giving you exposure to highways, rail, utilities, and transportation projects, while continuously developing your expertise and broadening your experience.
You will be responsible for administering NEC3 contracts (Options A, C, and E), managing change control, compensation events, valuations, and final accounts. You will proactively monitor cost performance, manage risk, and support procurement and value engineering activities to drive efficiency and commercial success.
You will also play a key role in improving forecasting accuracy, strengthening cost reporting, and ensuring robust financial control across projects, while contributing to a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
