Job summary

Bimplus is delivering a major data centre development in Corsham and seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the project scope with the Project Director. You will coordinate commercial, design, engineering, procurement and construction functions to ensure safe, compliant and timely delivery.

You will drive governance, controls and reporting, manage budgets and stakeholder relationships, and promote a high-performance culture across a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with NEC/JCT contracts and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team to deliver objectives safely, efficiently and to quality.
• Establish governance, controls and reporting for the project.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow and commercial performance.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors and design/engineering interfaces.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Manage client, consultant and supply chain relationships.
• Promote health, safety and environmental performance.
